More honest Google reviews, from customers who were already happy

The rules we keep

1. The review is built only from what the customer chose or typed. No pre-written or bulk reviews.
2. Every star rating sees the Google button. Unhappy customers can also message you, never instead of Google.
3. No reward for posting. An offer, if you run one, is shown to everyone who scans.
4. Nothing is posted for the customer. Only their own Google account can post.
5. No customer personal data is kept: no names, phone numbers or review text. Only counts and the things they tapped.

These follow Google's rules for reviews, so your listing stays safe.

What the shop gets

• A print kit: counter standee, bill sticker, bag tag and visiting-card back, each with its own QR so you see which one works.
• A phone dashboard: scans, Google taps, the stars people picked, what they liked, and your real Google rating each day.
• An alert when two low ratings come in a row or your rating drops, reply drafts in the reviewer's language, a website widget and a monthly WhatsApp report.
